Negative Experience
However, Da Dub Plugg had a terrible experience with the company, giving them a 1-star rating. He was upset that the company's employees were blowing trash into his clean yard, and when he called to complain, he was met with rudeness and a lack of concern. The company representative barely spoke English and had trouble comprehending a normal conversation. The situation ended with the customer being hung up on.
