Lack of Professionalism and Negligence
Both James K. and Wendy C. share their devastating experiences with R&L Irrigation. According to James, the company fertilized his lawn in error, causing damage to the grass. Despite promising to reseed in the fall, the company never followed through. When James requested compensation, the owner refused.
Wendy's review is equally disturbing. The company left her lawn in shambles, killing plants, tearing up the walkway, drilling holes in walls, and installing sprinklers in an uninhabited area. This is a clear violation of DNREC code.
Mixed Experience
Jack L. had a different experience with R&L Irrigation. He initially hired them to install an irrigation system, which was done well. They also helped with re-seeding his backyard, but had to redo it several times due to washouts. Despite this, Jack signed a contract for annual lawn maintenance and was promised extra feeding and preventive treatments. However, the company failed to appear for the spring feeding, despite repeated requests.
