Efficient Service and Good Communication
Greentop has received high praise for their responsiveness and willingness to go above and beyond their clients' expectations. One reviewer, Paul Monroe, noticed some mushrooms growing in his mulch bed and sent photos to Greentop, who promptly adjusted his irrigation timeline to help reduce watering in some areas and added time to others. This level of customer service has left Mr. Monroe highly recommending the company.
Unmet Expectations and Poor Communication
Unfortunately, not all customers have had a positive experience with Greentop. Brenda Adkins and Robert Karafin both left negative reviews after failing to receive a response from the company. Ms. Adkins called the company to inquire about treating her lawn, but never heard back and had to turn to another company instead. Mr. Karafin also filled out an email form to request information on residential snow removal and arrange for an estimate, but the company failed to respond.
