Our journey began as a small operation founded by Alex Neilsen, who started walking lawnmowers around his neighborhood to collect business. Over time, the company expanded, and Finn Neilsen joined as a co-owner and president. Together, they built the official Pineapple Landscaping LLC with a team of loyal employees and clients.

Our team consists of experienced professionals with diverse skills and expertise. Alex Neilsen, one of the co-owners, is passionate about landscape design and installation. Finn Neilsen, the other co-owner, is responsible for sales, organization, and customer service. Our team also includes Mike Argueta, our Landcape Construction Manager, who has extensive experience in drainage, landscape, and hardscape work. Bailey Condrey is our skilled Maintenance/Production Manager, while Jaime Asig oversees our Hardscape Division. Felix Woodwork/Fence Project Manager, Rockville Offices.
