Poor Customer Service and Unreliability

Daniele, the office manager, was perceived as uninterested in doing business with the customer, hardly answering questions and not following up on promises to call back. Similarly, the company failed to address issues with a $10,000+ job, ignoring customer complaints and reneging on warranties.
Disappointing Product Quality
The company's products were described as poor, with many plants and bushes dying and only a few trees surviving. Despite being under warranty, the company refused to replace the dead plants and trees, citing that they were no longer under warranty.
Broken Promises and Lack of Accountability
The reviewers felt that the company did not take responsibility for their mistakes and did not honor their commitments. Daniele failed to call back as promised, and the company did not stand behind their warranty. This lack of accountability and reliability led to a complete breakdown of trust.
