Our Team
Our team is composed of highly skilled and dedicated professionals who are passionate about their work. Our CEO and CFO, Robin Earleywine, has a paralegal certificate and has worked as a paralegal before starting Surecut Lawncare. She saw the need for a lawn business at the Lake of the Ozarks and started the company with her husband. Together, they have grown the business to two locations and over thirty employees.
Our Director of Operations, Kirk Earleywine, has over 16 years of experience in the industry. He has managed Surecut Lawncare and oversees all major projects. Tim Bergmann, our Director of Operations, brings over 25 years of turf management experience. Nick Bergmann, our Irrigation Division Manager, has over 12 years of experience in irrigation and is backflow certified. Brad Cato, our Lake Area Manager, has over seven years of managerial experience.
