Our mission is to make the process of growing your own food easy, fun, and abundantly productive.
Who We Are
Our team is led by Ian Wilson, a Portland native who has worked on and managed organic farms in Vermont, Argentina, Hawaii, and California. Ian received an Advanced Certificate in Ecological Horticulture at UC Santa Cruz in 2010 and has been growing food for over 200 Portland area families ever since. Pritha Golden, our Home Gardens Leader, has been working with fresh produce for over a decade and is excited to share her knowledge and enthusiasm in her home community. Alex Pedrick, our Installation Leader, grew up in Pennsylvania and has been volunteering with various farmer friends for camaraderie and delicious produce. Annie Scott, our Installation Team member, is passionate about ecology, permaculture, and learning as much as she can to further a career in environmentally beneficial work. Michael Dubuois, our Home Garden Mentor, has worked with plants on a number of unique levels and is excited to share his wealth of knowledge with the growers of Portland. Beau LeMieux, our Installation Team member, brings his reverence and intention into every edible landscape he creates.
