Disappointing Experience
One customer, Conor Coady, had a negative experience with Tony and TS Gardencare. The project, which was supposed to be completed in 3 weeks, took several months to finish and was still not complete by April 23. The customer had to deal with unreliable schedules, excuses without follow-through, and poor project quality. The customer had to fix issues with the irrigation timer and piping on their own, despite repeated requests to Tony.
