Poor Customer Service and Unprofessionalism
Several reviewers criticized the company's customer service, citing unprofessionalism, rudeness, and a lack of responsibility. One reviewer was attacked by the owner after trying to report damage to their fence caused by the company's riding lawn mower. Another reviewer was interrupted by a lady on the phone when inquiring about future business, and was told that they weren't taking on new customers until mid-next year without being offered a waiting list.
