Poor Customer Service Experience
The reviewer, Angela Jones, had a disappointing experience with Cascade's customer service. Despite finding receipts and installation paperwork from the company at her newly purchased house, the company claimed that the property had not had their service for over 4 years.
Discrepancies in Service History
However, Angela found that the sprinkler system was installed on July 6th, 2015, and the property had been a customer of Cascade for several years prior to her moving in. This inconsistency raised concerns about the company's record-keeping and customer service.
Difficulty Scheduling an Appointment
When Angela tried to schedule an appointment with Cascade in March 2021, she was told that she would have to wait until late May or June due to not being a current customer. When she called again later, she was flatly refused an appointment altogether.
