Poor Experience with Glen
The majority of reviewers had a negative experience with Glen, citing poor customer service, subpar work quality, and lack of follow-up. The reviewers felt that Glen was rude, unresponsive, and prioritized making a quick buck over delivering a satisfactory final product.
Lack of Responsiveness
Both reviewers mentioned that Glen was unresponsive after the work was completed. One reviewer, Jeff Green, even stated that he hasn't received a response to his questions despite texting Glen six days prior.
Poor Quality Work
The work performed by Glen was also inconsistent with what customers expected. Jeff Green's lawn was hydro-seeded, but the seed was spread too thin, and the result was sparse and yellowish grass. Another reviewer, Breana Noble, mentioned that Glen's work did not improve the appearance of her yard, which already looked similar to his own yard.
Unprofessional Behavior
Glen's behavior during and after the work was completed was also called into question. Breana Noble stated that Glen was extremely rude, yelling at her and telling her that her yard would look better than her neighbors' if she used his services. Jeff Green felt that Glen was only interested in making a quick profit and didn't care about the final result.
