Our Team

• Tim Pancake, Founder, Owner & Landscape Architect: A licensed landscape architect with over 20 years of experience, Tim is responsible for the overall direction and strategy of the company.
• Sam Collins, Landscape Management Foreman & Employee Owner: With over 15 years of experience, Sam oversees the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring that all projects are completed to the highest standards.
• Dustin Trahin, Graduate Landscape Architect, Landscape Construction Foreman & Employee Owner: With a degree in landscape architecture, Dustin is responsible for the design and construction of our landscape projects.
• Liz Pancake, Web Designer & Administrative Assistant: Liz is responsible for managing the company's website and providing administrative support to the team.
• Laura Mock, Bookkeeper: With many years of accounting experience, Laura is responsible for managing the company's finances and ensuring that all financial transactions are accurately recorded and reported.
