Disappointing Experience
Kurt Palmer, a long-time customer of Kirshner Nursery, shares a disappointing experience with the company. He hired them for landscaping work at his home, but the owner, Jeff, was unresponsive and dishonest after an employee damaged his mailbox. Kurt vows to never support the company again and will advise others against using them due to Jeff's unacceptable behavior.
