Customer Service and Helpful Employees
Spencer's seems to have some helpful employees who go above and beyond their duties to assist customers. Lacie Johnson, who had a coolant leak in her car, was helped by a gentleman who not only filled her tank with water but also tried to find the source of the leak. Amy S. was assisted by Zac, who not only jump-started her elderly mother's car but also helped the battery shop staff install a new battery.
Quality of Services and Products
However, Spencer's seems to have some issues with the quality of their services and products. ReNee Shuttleworth, who had landscaping services from Spencer's, was unhappy with their trimming and clean-up job. Mark Arling was disappointed that they don't sell mulch, stone, or dirt to the general public and that they focused more on selling spas rather than doing landscaping. Chris Caldwell, Jason M., Stacy Trissel, Diane M., and Amanda Rozelle all had negative experiences with Spencer's, citing issues with professionalism, overpromising, and underdelivering.
Communication and Customer Service
It seems that Spencer's has communication and customer service issues. Amanda Rozelle had to go through arbitration to resolve issues with her contract, and Diane M. was told to go elsewhere by the receptionist. Stacy Trissel was unhappy with the lack of communication when trying to rent equipment, and Chris Caldwell was frustrated with the lack of professionalism from a semi driver.
Store Hours and Information
Lastly, Kimberley Fourman pointed out that Spencer's should update their hours on their sign, as it conflicted with their online information.
