Founded by Roy C. Barnett, Eric's father, in 1977, RCB and Sons has a rich history of providing excellent landscaping services to the Southern California community. With its roots dating back to 1958, the company has grown and evolved over the years, always prioritizing customer satisfaction and innovative solutions. Today, RCB and Sons is a leading provider of commercial and residential landscaping services.

Our Team

Principal designer Eric Barnett has grown up "in the business, " working alongside his father since he was 12, learning the nuances of Southern California landscaping from the ground up. With a Bachelor of Science degree in Ornamental Horticulture and a Master of Arts degree in Landscape Architecture, Eric brings a deep understanding of landscape design and horticulture to the company.
