Unreliable and Unprofessional Service
Reviews highlight that one of the major issues with the company is their unreliable and unprofessional service. One customer mentioned that the representative, Craig, showed up 20 minutes late without calling to inform them of the delay, displaying horrible professionalism. Furthermore, when questioned about the delay, he threatened to leave, exhibiting an uncooperative attitude.

Another complaint is that the representative, Craig, came unprepared, only bringing one sample, and when asked to show more, he implied that he wouldn't bother if the customers weren't willing to make a purchase on the spot. This pushy sales tactic left a bad impression on the customers.
