Our Team
Our team is comprised of experienced and skilled professionals who are dedicated to their craft. Michael Prokopchak, ASLA, President, has over 25 years of experience in the landscape industry and holds a degree in Landscape Architecture from Temple University. Michael's passion for design and commitment to quality have earned him several grand awards for design and installation. John Hanks, MBA, Landscape/Construction Division Manager, brings over 15 years of corporate and entrepreneurial leadership to Walnut Hill Landscape Company. Ben Rankin, PLA, ASLA, Landscape Architect, received his Bachelor of Landscape Architecture from the University of Maryland, College Park, and is a licensed Professional Landscape Architect. Kane Cunningham, Landscape Designer, has a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture from the University of Maryland, College Park, and brings practical industry experience and an eye for detail. Dale Branch, Landscape Management Division Manager, is a 20-year veteran in the Landscape and Horticulture industry and oversees a wide variety of private estates, top-tier residential properties, and Federal complexes. Stephen Jackson, Landscape Management Production Manager, was born and raised in Rose Haven, Maryland, and has over 10 years of experience in high-end golf courses and commercial landscaping.
