Landscape Installation & Maintenance

We take pride in our ability to design and install landscapes for a variety of commercial projects, including churches, schools, homeowner associations, commercial, retail, industrial, restaurant, and military sites. Our team of experts works closely with clients to understand their needs and develop a plan that meets their specific requirements. We have experience with sites up to 45 acres in size and are well-equipped to handle projects of all sizes.

Seeding & Erosion Control

Seeds of Life offers a range of seeding services, including commercial grading, turf seeding, native seeding, and erosion control. Our team is experienced in installing erosion control measures to protect sites from soil erosion and water runoff. We also have expertise in native seeding and landscaping, and have worked on many LEED projects.

At Seeds of Life, we take pride in our team of experienced professionals. Our team includes:

Blake Gipson, founder and owner of Seeds of Life, has been a Nebraska Certified nurseryman since 1994 and has been in horticulture since 1979. He specializes in native landscapes and prairie restoration.

Bryan Poppe, a landscape designer with over 25 years of experience, has been with Seeds of Life since 2013. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Horticulture - Landscape Design option from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.

Josh Mammen, a horticulturist with an associate degree in Horticulture from Southeast Community College and a bachelor's degree in Horticulture from UNL, has been with Seeds of Life since 2010. He has experience in landscape installation and maintenance.
