Our journey began with a vision, a dream, and a little red Nissan truck. Sharon Hopper, the company founder and owner, along with her daughter, Chanda Moore, co-owner, have poured over 50 years of experience into creating and maintaining beautiful outdoor living spaces. Sharon's passion for plants blossomed after attending a horticulture class alongside her mother and sister. This sparked a lifelong love affair with the greenery world, leading her to pursue a career as a Landscape Grounds Manager with a prominent commercial company in North Carolina. It was during this time that she realized her true calling lay in nurturing and enhancing residential gardens. Armed with newfound knowledge and a fervent desire to bring beauty to homes across the state, Sharon spearheaded the creation of Sharon K. Hopper Fine Gardening Inc. in 1997.
