We offer pre-construction services such as estimating and budgeting, space planning, and establishing building standards. We can also assist in coordinating approvals and design services, working closely with Architects, Engineers, Construction Officials, and Authorities having jurisdiction.

Our preliminary estimates and budgets are based on conversations, walk-thrus, and single line drawings. Once architectural plans are developed, we can provide lump sum proposals, final budgets, and final estimates. We also provide permit applications and expedite other required approvals.
