Our journey began when Frank Spina founded the company, bringing his passion for landscaping and horticulture to the table. With his background in Industrial Engineering and Technology from California State University, Long Beach, Frank has successfully led the company's growth from a local landscape construction company to an internationally regarded consulting and construction firm. Under his leadership, we have expanded our services to provide innovative solutions for clients seeking sustainable and environmentally responsible urban planning and development.
