About the Owner

Emile Halabi, Owner and Manager of NYS Outdoor Construction, is a Master Tradesman with decades of experience working with Baton Rouge and all of South Louisiana clients. He is an expert in stonework and has a background in Civil Engineering and Interior Design. Emile takes great pride in the quality of his craftsmanship and believes in providing superior customer service and won't be satisfied with a project until you are.
